Daniel K. Kim M.D.


Dr. Kim is the founder of the Southern Nevada Pain Center.  He has diagnosed and treated over 10,000 patients during his 20 year career in Las Vegas.  He is certified in pain management not only by the American Board of Medical Specialties, but also by the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. Erkulvrawatr arrived in Las Vegas in the fall of 2007 having completed his training in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.  His training was done at New York University which has been ranked by US News as one of the top hospitals in the nation.  Furthermore, his Pain Fellowship was completed at the Comprehensive Pain Management Center at New York University, which was one of only six centers to be awarded the coveted Center of Excellence by the American Pain Society.  He is certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology.  Dr. Erkulvrawatr has a special interest in neuropathic diseases such as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome ( also known as RSD) and diabetic neuropathy.

Dr. Harris joined the medical staff at the Southern Nevada Pain Center in 2009.  His training in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine has allowed him to work in some of the most prestigious cancer, and orthopedic hospitals in the nation such as Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery, and New York Presbyterian.  He has received multiple academic awards including graduating Summa Cum Laude from Medical School, and admission into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society.  He has extensive training in the most complex interventional pain procedures to treat a wide variety of pain syndromes.  He is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.

Dr. Andrew Kim  joined the team at Southern Nevada Pain Center in 2011.  He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the Alliance of Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas-Houston.  Dr. Kim had the privilege to spend a good amount of his training at TIRR Memorial Hermann, which has been recognized by the US News and World Report as a top 5 Rehabilitation hospital for over 20 years.   Dr. Kim had the opportunity to take care of patients with spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, and a wide array of neuromuscular, neurologic and musculoskeletal disorders.  He then went on to complete his training in Pain Medicine at the UCLA/West LA VA Multicampus training program.  Dr. Kim is trained in fluoroscopically guided spinal injections and ultrasound guided joint injections.  He is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.

Mr. Pham has been with the Southern Nevada Pain Center for over eight years.  In that time he has diagnosed and treated thousands of acute and chronic pain patient.  He has vast experience in medical management.  He is a member of multiple pain societies and continues to stay current in the latest research into chronic pain.
